Magnesium and You

Hello everyone. I have been into nutrition and prevention for over 30 years. I am always seeking out information about health as relating to nutrition and supplements, herbs included. We all know how important Magnesium is to our tanks but do you know the real importance it is to you? Doctors (the good ones) and nutritionists have now discovered the vast majority of Americans are woefully deplete of Magnesium.
