Years ago my false percs hosted my condylactus nem which is Atlantic. It took about two weeks and a picture being posted on the tank for them to immulate. Not sure if the pic actually helped but it seemed to.
Seabes are dufficult to find healthy. They are often bleached when they're in the lfs as mine was. With good water, plenty of light (150w 10k mh on a 29g) my seabe turned a healthy pink color and loves life. Seabes prefer sandy substrate and usually dig in next to a rock. Mine has never attached to a rock.
Good luck and do your some more research. These creatures live very very long lives and should be given the utmost respect.

Sebeas can get quite large and take up lots of real estate. Mine is about 30 inches around. I'm pretty sure it will split when it gets large enough, but not sure on that size. Stress can also cause splitting so splitting is not always good.

I love my sebea but good water, regular maintenance, and good lighting is a must. Again, they must be respected because they live so long and if they die they will destroy your tank.
Also, it's commonly held that your tank should be established for at least one year before introducing the nem.
If you do get a sebea then you can feed once or twice a week. But, the feedings need to be a small amount of small sized food. Mine loves mysis and when I feed arcti pods I turkey bast some of those into the tenticals.
