    thats a LTA. you can tell by the white spots on the foot on the anemone.

    You're absolutely right! Just double checked. I would like to say "I was just testing you all" but I can't. Goes to show I and others should not take the lfs at its word on id's that are not obvious.
    Probably thought the nem was a sebea because it was bright white when I bought it. Turns out it was bleached which is not good. My nem started turning tan (recovering) but I had seen other tan sebeas so I complacintly thought it still was.
    Anyway, thanks for the id!

    If your looking for a great addition consider a long tentacle anemone. However, the nem does have nematocysts which are stinging cells that will sting the junk out of coral. But, once a lta finds its home it is unlikey to move and coral can be added accordingly.
    Overall though, I would recommend a bta as it is the most common nem to be propogated in captivity.

    LTA do best with MH lighting as well. mines gotten huge since i got him and is just now recoverying from being bleached. its getting some pinkish red coloration in it now.
