Store where I get some of my stuff from has one and pods. He said that if I dump the pods in the mandarin should be fine. I may get some pods and through them in and let them start reproducing. Hopefully my other fish won't eat em all up.

If they don't have a place to reproduce it won't last long.

I have a 90 gallon display running for 6 months now, with a refugium that has a soccer ball sized clump of cheato and live rock.... pods were crawling all over the glass. I picked up a mandarin that was eating live blackworms (they said it also ate frozen foods, but I saw it eat the blackworms). Brought it home... it would nibble on some of the pods, but barely ate. I have ended up putting it in the Biocube which was also crawling with pods after I moved the fish out to try to spot feed it away from anything else. I give it a mixture of foods from live blackworms, mysis, cylopeeze, you name it... it swims away from it. I leave the flow in the tank off for 30 minutes and I'm still not sure after a week of that if it is eating. It's been in this behavior for 3 weeks now. I still see pods crawling all over the tanks too.

Ill probably pass on it. Gonna go with another clown and maybe a 6 line wrasse. Guy has a saddle puffer that be says isn't aggressive at all. I love puffers but have to go with a smaller one.

And the six line in my tank eats everything in sight... And has thus far been a model citizen.

I have one in my 120 frag tank. There is about 100lbs live rock in there with millions of pods. I never fed it for 2 years, still going strong
