    Well, I got it :)

    I didn't get anything with the trap so I decided to go for the fresh water dip. I took out only a few rocks. It sounded as if it came from one area. I crunshed about 5 crabs. Didn't like to do that, but they didn't come out :(

    and then the shrimp came out. Wasn't a mantis though. It was a small pistol shrimp. About half an inch long. (It has the big claw on one side. I think mantis don't have that, right?)

    I hope the clicking stops now and that I didn't kill too much of the rock.

    Mantis shrimp don't have claws at all. Only clubs or "spears". Definitely sounds like what you have is a pistol shrimp. :)
