I think I remember Stepho saying once that he soaked his mantis food in something to help his mantis stay healthy with molts...but I don't remember.

So here's my question. What can I do as far as vitamin supplements and food soakings to help my manti with molts and staying as healthy as possible?

Just to give credit, this thread was inspired by Gexx ;) He asked me a question that led me to think about this. So I thought I'd start a thread since there's more than one of us wanting to know the answer :)

You could soak in things like Selcon, vitamin-c etc. I don't know if there's anything special for inverts?

I use vit-c because I have it on hand, but when I run out I will be switching to Selcon, which is supposed to be the best for them.

I have also used garlic extract in the past, not sure whether its helpful or not but I figure it can't hurt and Fister seems to like the taste.
