Has anyone used all marineland equipment(skimmer, pump, sump etc.) for their setup? I have a 250 gallon DD that I will be setting up shortly.

I use a marineland 300 pro on my fowlr. I love it. Makes great skimmate and one of the easiest skimmers I've had to dial in.

I've used their powerheads and they ate decent. Certainly no Vortech. But for 20 bucks has a little flow.

I tend to see more complaints rather than praise regarding Marineland equipment.

I used to like marineland but it seems that the quality in their products has gone down-hill. My visitherm heaters only worked for 3 months before they stopped working. The only thing I would buy from them is their tank kits.

Havent used too much of their stuff. Heard good things about their skimmers but Ive seen that their LED fixtures are very low powered and low quality for the money.
