Sure but not in 55g. You're already pushing it BIG TIME with two. Eventually they will outgrow (months rather than years) that tank and you will have to sell them or buy a larger tank. Buying a third tang is simply irresponsible. I'd consider a couple clowns, or assuming you have a few other fish besides the two tangs leaving the tank be.

    What's your current cleanup crew?
Are there any other fish besides the two tangs?

the most cost effective one would be one ordered offline the prices locally will much higher.

i recommend going to reefcleaners.org and filling out a form and they will suggest a good crew for your tank. there prices are very cheap too

it depends. The two tangs are going to generate a lot of bioload, but a well rounded cuc's usually ~$2.50/gallon US give or take. Usually in a 55 you're going to need something _LIKE_,
30-40 turbo's or dwarf cerinth (algae)
    25-30 nassarius snails (detritus)
25 blue/scarlet/orange/pick your designer color legged hermit crabs (algae)
2 cleaner shrimp (these will clean the tangs)
    other possible additions would be:
    tiger tail cuc's (detritus feeders)
peppermint shrimp (eat detritus and flake, and aiptasia!)
    chitons (these are sand stirrers)
serpent or brittle starfish. (detritus; I'll concede and consider calling them seastars if they make Pluto a planet)

You should also have 80lbs of rock and at least 55lbs of sand.

I always recommend reefcleaners.org but was under the strong impression they do not ship international. Shipping livestock to .au is probably not responsible.

I have had some pretty aggressive yellow tangs before. I would stay away from the blue tang for fear of aggression. How long have the yellow tangs been in your tank? They may be pretty set in their ways.
