Mature Tank?

    Your tank is on the small side for Tangs. I would add a phosphate reactor using a ferric oxide media in it. This cured my Green hair algae outbreak after I "flipped" tanks.

    Thanks for all the input guys. I am currently usng tap water, but don't fret because I just ordered a SpectrPure Maxpure RO/DI unit, and I think the bulb might be a little old. I will be getting a replacement soon. What I meant by me letting the hair algae grow was that it is only on one rock and I pik out as much as I can when it grows elsewhere so it's confined. I currently only have two Condy's in my tank and am hoping to add some button polyps soon.

    What type of lighting do you have on the tank? Reefs require fairly intense lighting depending on the type of animals you keep.

    ya i hate flatworms with a PASSTION thos things take over quick. i saw one on my glass when i first got my tank thot he was cool next thing i now there 100000000000000 of them i got 2 six line wrasses and they keep them in there place :D and allso i dont think a 4 month old tank can support a anenomie of ANY tipe and what lights do u got? you can get a baby yellow tang liek i mean a small one but later on you woad have to get rid of him i have a sailfin in my 55gal and whene he gets to big i have to sell him sadly :-[
