i doubt it - i doubt its even fin rot.

 

ok, maybe it ain't i got no clue, torn ragged anal fin so far, mouth & gills opening and closeing rapidly, what could this be if not fin rot, params are all good oxygen is good, i got no clue so i can't treat yet till i have at least some idea?

 

as long as he is eating and swimming, and none of the other fish are showing signs of distress then i wouldnt worry about it to much. Besides Damsels are easily replaceable. If it does pass (fingers crossed it dont) it could be a blessing in disguise. That pirticular breed of damsel is especially aggresive.
