    i have found a place online that sells mh bulbs for 12.50 and i just recevied mine in the mail and its build pretty good and very white(10k). just thought i'd let u guys know

    $12.50, i don't know about that.

    Who makes these bulbs? and are they made for reef tanks?

    yeah its in my light fixture looks just like the one i pulled out except my old one was yellow looking now thats its in there i guess the main thing is how long its gonna last but it looks great .if i can get 6 months out of it then it is worth it. not really sure who makes them but the light is beautiful or maybe im happy to get a new bulb

    be careful I did the same thing with some ebay bulbs. they lasted about 2 weeks and the color shifted on them.

    Yea my friend recently bought some cheap bulbs like that, one burnt out in 3 weeks, the second color shifted in 4 weeks.
