I had an rbta for 3 months in the same spot. One night it moved. I havent seen my rbta in about a week in my 20g. My question is how would I know if it died? Would it of killed my pair of clowns and scooter blenny if it did die?

Unfortunatly, when anemones move, it tends to never be for a good reason. Sometimes they "sportatically" do this on ocassion to 'get away from it all,' but my guess is something pissed it off.

That being said, you need to find it to make sure its not injured (from a shrimp trying to tear it open to get food for example) since its logded somewhere so small that you cant find it- may be shriveled up.

If you have a protein skimmer, it will go haywire if it died. Your water would also smell. But it definitley in your benifit to find it before your fish die, then take the tank apart to clean it...

I'm assuming you're wearing gloves, else if you'd felt it you'd be making a trip to the local ER?

If you can move your rock, I would turn them to see if you can find it. The last thing you want is for it to die in your tank. If it doesn't look bad, I would leave the rock where it is facing the light above, so the anemone can get light. If it doesn't like it, it will move again. Mine hid under a rock for 2 weeks and I had to look for it too. I turned it facing the light where it stayed for a month. It recovered fairly well from bleaching due to the lack of light and food. And just recently moved 5" down the rock.
Generally, if you touch an aquarium anemone, it won't sting humans to the point of going to the ER. That's assuming an average sized anemone, not a large one. When people frag nems, they usually don't glove up since you have a harder time feeling your cut with the holding hand. Some nems will stick onto you if they grab you, which is hard to get them to let go, but that's a different situation though.

Ok so I just flipped over the rock that I thought it was on and it wasnt there. I dont know where it could have gone. I only have 2 rocks in the tank and they weigh about 10 pounds each. Hopefully its under the other one and will come out sooner than later.

How big are your clowns? My maroon ate my rose anemone after it shrunk down to the size of a quarter. It sucks because I could have nursed it back to health, but she ate it before it started to decay in the tank. Your clowns may have done the same thing. Check your other rock before chalking it up as clown dinner. You definitely want to know if it's in the tank or not, you don't want it to be hiding and die, it will destroy your tank if it decays.

The clowns are pretty small percs about and inch and a half. About a week ago I thought I saw what looked like some tentacles of the anemone just smaller floating around the tank. The last time I saw it was before I went to bed and it was attached on the glass near my powerhead and I thought about turning it off but didnt..... But I will check the other rock but unless its underneath of it I dont see it.

What about filters? Sometimes they will get sucked up into them. I have heard of people having them in cubes where the anemone will climb over the wall into the filtration sections in the back. if your anemone was caught in the powerhead, you would have known it, your tank would have been a cloudy mess.
