I posted a thread yesterday but can't get to it now. When I clicked "submit new thread", I realized I had posted the thread in the wrong part of the forum...& it said I had to wait for a moderator to accept(?) the thread in order for it to be published, publicly.

I posted in the "Tanks & Tank Brands" forum. I meant to post in the Bucket, as I wasn't sure where it belonged. My thread was titled "55g, used". Can someone help me out?

Click your name under "User CP". Then click statistics tab. Then click All threads started by you. Should be in that list.

If you do this, you'll have access to your thread and it is no longer in a moderated forum.

If moved from a moderated forum - it still needs to be 'approved' - FYI.

Thanks guys. just a question..why does it need to be approved when other threads don't? Is it specific to this one forum, "Tank & Tank Brands".

Couldn't I click "show my threads" & get the same list of threads started by me? It didn't show up there, a s a thread that I started.

Normally, you could do that. The only reason it didn't show up in this case was because it wasn't approved yet and it was in a forum that is moderated.

Okay that;s what I figured. I just hadn't posted thee before so i wasn't sure. May I suggest that this thread("55g, used") be moved to the bucket? It wasn't about about specific tank brands. It was about whether I should buy a new tank on sale or use my tank I got used. I explained it better in the actual thread. :-/
