    Hey all,

I was just thinking about mixing fish together of the same colour and looking for your input. Because the juv orangeshoulder tang is yellow, and the lemonpeel angel is yellow, do u think that they would fight? If they were about the same size?

    Cheers,

that is a tough one. but i dont think that in that size tank it would be to hard for either to hide from each other what size are we talking? four or five inches? because you said the orange shoulder is still yellow, he should be changing color at about that size.

also is your lemonpeel an aggressive fish? has he fought with anything else in the tank?

yes, about four inches - 5 inches. My lemonpeel is a bit of a bastard and will pick at new additions, but he soon gets over it. If i get a changing fish, then that would probably help...

yes deff. well the orange wont be bothered for long. but that is good that the lemon backs off after a little bit. i say that if you feel comfortable with the lemon peel backing off and the size of the orange shoulder (because in that size tank he would be changing to his final color in no time), then do it. i love orange shoulders and in that tank it would be happy for sure!
