    After the silicone cures, I would fill the sump up with RO/DI water for a couple of days just to be on the safe side.

    If you have it in a media bag, yes.

    No. Not a problem. I don't even measure. I just pour a bunch in.

    So I filled the tank with Rodi for a week just very nervous about using it. I scraped all the silicone out with a razor and removed all the residue. Is there any way to test for moldacide
