I bought my light system from foster and smith aquatics And it came with moonligts already installed.

I noticed that 3 of the moonlight bulbs are not working anymore. I have 4 sets of 2 little bulbs.

So my question is, can I replace the ones missing or is there like a whole strand I have to buy?
I'll post the lights I have in a sec, I need to fund the link to it.

im not sure how your led,s are set up , but you usally cant replace just one bulb, you have to get the set, i have seen them were ther are not in a sealed case and they are wired together, in that case if you had a spare you could splice it in

If u still have your receipt contact F & S or the manufacturer. I'm pretty sure 3-4 months is not lifespan they would expect and will probably help u out.

Yeah i sent them an email just now. Although I checked the email confirmation and they have about 7 months. I made the order on April 9. Lol I think that makes a difference lol
I don't mind buying the new strand. I just need to know which are the ones I need for my particular fixture.

I think its just they way that fixture is, i read a bunch of reviews claiming the same thing, they were saying there moon lights were going out after 3-4 or 7-8 months that was one of the main factors on my decision to get a Tek elite :p I would however contact AquaticLife and ask them if they have replacement leds, how are they attached in there? would it be possible to pull them out and replace or... im just curious ;D

I actually looked and they are attached by sets of two. They can be taken out although not sure how I'm supposed to go about buying the replacement since they are small little parts.
