    Ok, the video said that b/c there are coal carrying ships, the reef is at greater risk?

    Are they anchoring on the reef?

    Are they loosing their cargo over the reef? GAC? J/K on the GAC

    I would think that their shipping lanes don't even go over the reef, but IDK.
