    Also, how fast do they work? Nothing is stressing out in my tank. Nitrates range from 20-40. Just started my refuge with algae. Would like to have the nitrates at 0.

    Personal Dosing of Vodka...

    Tangster, I found that for my 75g, the best way of dosing Vodka was to mix 1 oz with a bit of OJ, pull up a chair to the front of the tank, turn down the room lights, lean back and enjoy....8)

    It sounds like that is the only sane way to use vodka and a saltwater tank.

    We have a "alcohol free" household!

    And that includes the fish/corals or anything else residing in and about various tanks!!!
