Just wanted to vent our situation and give some of you folks a laugh. So we moved out of our apartment due to horrible management and neighbors and ended up stuck in my moms house temporarily. We'll be in a new place at the end of the month but in the mean time we look like an episode of Hoarders (anyone watch that show?) All of our furniture is in storage but we kept out the essentials. We got stuck in a 10x12 bedroom and in here we have 4 fish tanks, 2 dogs, our clothes, our bed and of course the 46" flat screen (some things you have to have). Girlfriend would not put the plants in storage so there is also two 5 foot palms, a 7 foot ficus and to top off the amazon theme a 9 foot tall palm that weighs every bit of 200 pounds. To add to that we have 3 extra vehicles and a motorcycle in the driveway. Keep in mind the house is a duplex that was built in the 50s. All of our tanks are daisy chained via surge protectors to the whopping 3 outlets in the entire room. We got used to our apartment that had twice the square footage and all of the privacy in the world. For the moment we are stuck sharing one tiny bathroom and cant even play the Wii because we will end up knocking over a tank or going through the wall. To top it all off since the room is so small I have a 55 gallon tank with our 10" red devil in it 6 inches from my face. Upon waking up the first thing you see is that fish ramming the glass trying to eat your face. We knew it would suck but this is beyond anything imaginable. Anyone got stuck moving back in with the folks and have a horror story?

That sucks. At least you have a place to live, though.

Haha yea we're really greatful for the place to stay, its just hilarious how much stuff we fit in such a small place. From the street it looks like 20 people live here when in reality its only 4.

Haha you have no idea how funny it is. You cant stretch your arms out in the room without hitting a fish tank or a wall. Our closet at the old place was literally the size of the room we're in. On a positive note though, there is no elephant upstairs to keep us awake :D

Hoarders is the most disturbing show on television. Hopefully you don't have to be one of "them" for too long haha good luck to you!
