    It has some to do with what corals your keeping too. If you have an sps dominant tank you can run them high but an lps tank you would want them turned down. You'll figure it out.

    Ya I have mostly LPS for now, frogspawn, hammer, and torch, but I'm going to be venturing into SPS land in the next few months!
