Ahh... so it was actually Manslaughter Live Rock! Or Hit-and-Run Rock! :p

Ocean's Reef is the one on Atlantic, right? I've only been there once. I like Bio-Reef. There store is very well maintained, and they have so many different corals there it is amazing! And man, I have never seen so many clams in my life. Some of them are huge! Another store I like to go to is Corallogic on Gate Parkway near the beginning (or end) of Baymeadows Rd. It is about 20 minutes from Bio Reef. They do not have quite as a big of a selection as Bioreef but the prices are cheaper.

For fish, I prefer to go to Orange Park Aquatics (a bit of a drive from Mayport) as the prices for the fish are very low. The owner of the store is a pretty cool guy too. It just opened up about a month ago. It was formerly Reef Fanatics, but the new owner bought out the store and moved locations and changed names.

Actuallly, you are incorrect and xmetalfan is mostly correct. There are diffrent Levels of murder. IE premedatated( first degree) murder. Or murder with no for thought or preplanning but intent to murder in the heat of the moment(second degree)

Then there is Manslaughter which is death caused by accident. (IE DUI)

To take this even a step further ther is homicide. Contrary to popular belief homicide and murder are not the same thing. While it is impossible to commit murder without commiting a crime it is not impossible to commit homicide without commiting a crime.

4 examples how the same basic circumstances could have been interilly diffrent charges.

Senario: Person has told his friends his intent to kill somone then gets in car and kills them with it, he would be charged with (1st degree murder.)

Senario: Person gets mad in heat of the moment and decides to hit somone with car. (2nd degree murder)

Senario: Person is driving his car down rd and fails to yeid, or is traveling to fast, or driving drunk, etc etc and hits somone. killing them. (Manslaughter)

Senario: Person is driving car down rd obiding by all laws and person runs out into traffic and gets hit by car. (Non-criminal accidental Homicide)

thia could even be taken further, if person is driving his car and runs somone over that was pointing a gun at him he may be able to claim (self defense-non criminal homicide)

So no murder is not just murder and sense non of us no the circumstances non of us no if it was or wasnt. Yes there is still the loss of life which cannot be replaced However Murder and manslaughter and homicide or 3 diffrent things and To classify anyone that has committed manslaughter to somone whom has commited murder is wrong. One is based on a persons character to do wrong while the other is based a persons responsibility level. While homicide could be all of the above or neither.
