So i have had some brown murky water for like 2 days. I have no idea what caused it but my parameters are good. So today I did a water change, and that cleared it up. It was clear for like 3 hours until I plugged in my BRS carbon and gfo reactor. My tank got cloudy but not brown so I said that was normal for just starting it up again with new carbon. I rinse my carbon before i use it btw. But 2 hours later it is still cloudy! Any ideas?

If you rinsed your carbon, you should not get any cloudiness from it. Sounds like you might be grinding your GFO into dust. Do you have them together in the same reactor? If so, are both tumbling loose? How much flow do you have going through them?
