I have a rock with a lot of mushrooms established on it. several different types. A couple days ago one just decided to launch itself for some reason. i just cant find a place where the current wont keep moving it. I have been told that you cant glue down mushrooms. Their too slimy. Is that true? if so how can i get this guy to stay put? he's It's brown, green, and red with white spots and opens up larger than a silver dollar. I can get him to stay for a while but as soon as he begins to expand he catches the current and flys away. I'm thinking of tying him down someplace. any suggestions?

get a shallow dish and put some rubble in it! Then put in a low flow zone for a few days! he'll attach to something and then you can glue that where you want!

You can some type of mesh to cover it with on top of some live rock or do the rubber maid container like mentioned above. If you go to Youtube and search for fragging mushrooms you will get some ideas as well.

A shot glass with a rock on the bottom, works every time.
