Ok I'm starting an 265 maybe 300 gallon aggresive big:eek::eek: could you give me some ideas on fish and good rock formation for caves and holes, but anyways I'm getting a clown trigger and volatain lionfish for sure maybe some large angels like Imperator angel or majestic or blue face angel, and some grouper maybe panther, Also getting a cleaner wrasse or 2 since big fish won't eat it it will clean them maybe some tangs. Also I'm doing some eel. So could you tell if any of this is bad and give me some more ideas.;D;D

Dang, better plan for a serious skimmer. Those fish will be very messy. Maybe a Bullet 3?

What kind of skimmer is it? Unless you're getting a large good friend discount there's no decent skimmer for that size tank that costs $60, even used.

Also, just because you have a big tank, it doesn't mean you can just load it down with lots of aggressive fish. You can have a few in there, but you also have to have adequate filtration / water flow / etc. otherwise they'll swim in their own waste until they die.

Keep in mind panther groupers get to be about 20-30 inches long...

I know I can't put to many aggresive fish in there. Also I know to watch the water. Oh and the skimmer wasn't $60.00 the panther grouper was:yelrotflm:yelrotflm

Believe it or not, a strawberry basslet would be great. I had one, and it nearly killed my dragon wrasse. feisty little fella.
