    they are so small and cute :) about 3/4"
    im fattening them up in my fuge so they can go into the DT. I will also be keeping track of their color progression.

    They are neither, they are 2nd generation photons. The first gen came from a true perc clown and an onyx clown. the onyx (father) died and was replaced by one of the photon offspring to keep the bloodline going. Interestingly tho, this batch had a mix of solid line, semipicasso, and no line. I got one that was slightly semipicasso in the tail and no line in the middle and one that has a break in the middle stripe. It will be very interesting when they turn black :)

    These are out of the first batch from the new male. The color will resemble the 1st generation photons very closely. Here are a few shots of some from this same batch that have colored up already:

    @monkey- they will keep the bright orange on the face and fins. then will fade into black towards the center of the body.

    cool fish. Percs are my favorite clown, also your cheato runs wild. I cant wait until mine takes off like that.

    Nice clowns. I just saw some called caramel clowns at a lfs this weekend. Hard to find photon clowns for sale.
