My new wrasse

    I picked up this little guy from a somewhat lfs. really nice bright colors and no issues with any aggression from anyone else in the tank.

    Looks like a melanarus to me. Awesome pickup, I love mine. Watch for your snails if they get flipped over; my snails don't bother to right themselves during the day because he'll pick at them , but only if they're exposed.

    There's also a chance of it nipping at feather dusters, but I never experienced it, and my (very good) LFS owner said he never had that problem either.

    Looks like an Ornate Wrasse to me. I had a hell of a time with one of those. Snail killa.

    Awesome fish! I have a Melanurus and an Ornate in my 90. I would say yours is a Mela!
