    You didn't understand Amcarrig's joke. They are a freak of nature. It was not uncommon to have a couple of Picasso or DaVinci clowns after eggs hatched. Typically they died though. A number of people loved the way they looked so ORA found some healthy ones and started breeding them.

    It is a percula. Just a weird color morph. Just how the picasso clowns are ocellaris with more white on their bodies. This is the percula that has more than 70% white on its body.
