I am just getting back in the hobby. I had a lot of water quality problems and shut down tell I had time to do more research and redesign the tank.

I got rid of all the filters and just ordered 2600 gph worth of wavemaker power heads. I also added a bulk reef supply reactor with rox 0.8 carbon. I added twice the rock and zip tied all the rock work suspended so the water flow would easily flow around all the rock. I hid all the pumps, overflows, and returns in the rocks. I added a reef octo skimmer and just ordered a 100 gallon clean up crew. I also added a ATO and two 20 gallon Rubbermaid containers for my ro/di water and saltwater. With that being said I am upgrading my RO/DI also. A lot of money and time but I will be ready this time when the tank is done cycling.

I am thinking of adding the bulk reef supply bio pellets because I have an external skimmer that will make it easy to plumb straight into the skimmer.

Thanks for checking out my tank!!!!!

I plan on keeping the live stock low with a mix of LPS and SPS. I just upgraded the lights to 6 x T5 55watt bulbs. That is also why I have
4000+ gph water flow throughout the entire system. I already have new salfert tests and supplements for the corals. Money wise I do not want to have to be worried about equipment once I start buying livestock and corals.

    Thanks
Can you foresee any problems? I am open to suggestions before I put in livestock.

Love the rock on the sides. What size is the tank?
