My porcupine puffer

I just observed my porcupine puffer discharge two long streams of white milky liquid from around the anal fin. It is the only puffer in the tank along with a couple of damsels and a golden head sleeper. He/she has been kinda restless lately and not eating very well - but has done this in the past. I haven't observed it trying to mate to anything. Just sort of hanging under the rock. Any ideas on what it might be???
