So, this was bought on a whim (OMG, why would I ::)), well that was the old me. The new me is hoping and praying I don't do him any damage or kill him off. I just want him to be happy. He makes the Cin Tom Clownfish in there super happy. As soon as the LTA got settles and opened up, that clown was in there like white on rice! They have been besties ever since.

So, here are some crappy cell phone pics I took of them the other day. The Clown was off and then as soon as he sees me looking at his buddy, he'll come over and mark his territory. It's so awesome!

Thanks for looking! I'm a newb, if you see something that makes you go  or even , let me know! I am very new to all of this.

    Very Cool Matt!

Sometimes it takes weeks or even months to take up residence in the host.

When he holds still, beautiful fish!

See ya Memorial Day at BF, I'll be there about 12-2.

I have limited experience with LTA'a but the one I had wanted to be in the sand. I was told its foot needed to be buried and it will anchor itself to the base of the rock. Yours looks like it is anchored to some rocks. I hope this is true because I would also like to get a LTA in the near future and have it sit on a rock rather than be buried at the bottom of the tank. It looks like it has acclimated nicely as well.

He was in the CC for a long time (4-5 months). It wasn't until I added some more flow to the tank he started moving around. I got scared, cause I think he needed time to adjust to the more flow. However, his "corner" was filling up with algae and getting dirty. I had nowhere near the flow that is recommended and I could tell with the detritus everywhere. I wouldn't clean up near him and I don't think the turbo snails wanted to get close. :cheesy:

Thanks Todd, I will have to stop by! That time sounds good for me, maybe the family will all go. Not sure what all is going on yet, but I'm sure I can take a couple hours and get down there.

Here are some more pictures taken today. He was really out and about, really opened up today. Then I did a water change and he's like, see ya! haha

Zesty, are you sure that's a LTA? It looks a lot like a condy to me. Beautiful color btw.

I am far (FAAAAR) from a anemone expert, but I agree. I would watch your clown around it too. Condy's are know to eat clowns.

    But you're right, It's gorgeous.
