Hey everyone, frequent visitor first time poster. I have a 29g Biocube and it is my first time dabbling with saltwater reefkeeping. So far so good, had to scoop out a stone crab, and I am trying to battle hair algae after week 2.5, I assume the bloom is due to my cycle with the nitrogen bloom. Looking forward to discussing the progress, ideas, and suggestions for the near and far future!

Hope everyone's tingly like a anemone!

    Welcome.

The hair algae should start to go little by little. At 2.5 weeks you'll start seeing all types of algae. My 29g is only about 2.5 months old and the algae is just starting to fade. In week 4 get yourself a decent clean up crew and you'll be fine.
