naso tang fighting

I just bought my self an other naso taNG and my old naso dont like the new one.. I thought they would be fine together I was wrong.. I had to split them or one will die.. what do I do Help!!!

 

You can't keep Naso's with other Naso's. If you had a huge tank and added them together as juvenilles, you may have a chance. Tangs are terrritorial in nature and require alot of room to graze and call their own turf. The same holds true if you were to house two Yellow tangs or a purple and a yellow tang. If you want two tangs, they MUST be from a different species which is represented by the different body shape!
I'm afraid that you are going to have to part with one of your Naso tangs! That would be the best thing for you and your Tangs and their health and happiness IMO!
