    I am some what new to the hobby I have a 30 gallon with clown fish and a couple pieces of coral a friend gave me but back the point I just bought a new 55 gallon and I'm wanting to know what I should stock with once its ready.

    Well what do you like? Start with one fish that you really want and is small enough for a 55 and then choose additional that will get along fine with it. You may want to do a couple that swim in the water column, a sand dweller, a rock dweller, etc. But give us an idea so we can help :)

    Ok thanks would a tang be ok in there with my 2 clowns. And I'm wanting to get a dragon net I think that's what its called and possibly an engineer Toby.

    The tank would be too small for a Tang and it will be hard to keep a Dragonette unless you want to spend tons of money on pods ;) An engineer Goby should be okay, though.

    Basically anything besides Sharks, Rays, Tangs, most Lionfish, Triggerfish, large Angels, and Butterflyfish.

    Let us know what you want to put in there and we'll let you know if it'll be compatible ;)

    You should check out liveaquaria. They have a big selection of fish. You should browse through there to start.

    you sound like me. im setting up my 40 gallon breeder tank and haveing a hell of a time choosing fish (dont matter i have a long time till its up and running)
