We broke the 48inch (or however long it is...) bulb in the single fixture. We have 2 MH bulbs, and 2 CF bulbs in the other fixture. One is daylight, other acintic.

For the bulb I need to replace, should I put a daylight in it or an acintic light?

Are tank has lots of soft corals, 18 heads of frogspawn, birdsnest, and one or two other pieces of SPS.

Just not sure what light would be more beneficial for growth.
    Thanks,
    Ty

your corals growth needs should be taken care of by the MH lamps your running
as such lamp choice on T5 tubes would be one of personal prefference for eitherr, changing the overall colour of your tank to increase viewing pleasure ( purple type lamp)
or giving a more blue look (actinic)
