    Thank you for the kind welcome. One of the reasons I like 3Reef is because the members pretty much self-moderate. I've been on boards where someone says something mean and there is a ganging up mentality. That really doesn't happen here. If there's a bad post, a member will find it before a moderator for sure and they'll say, "You know, we don't really do that here on 3Reef" or they'll be quick to hit the "Report this post to a moderator" icon.
