We went to the LFS and picked up a true percula clownfish, a candy cane coral, and a torch coral. While floating, I noticed that the true percula does not look like the true percula i have right now. His black lines are a lot thinner than I thought. Are they like this as babys? Will the black lines get thicker? Or, is this not a true percula? When i introduced the two clowns together, they started twitching at eachother. Display of dominance? That's what I've read. They locked jaws once. Then, i took out my true percula, moved the rocks around a little bit, and then put him back in. That was about an hour ago. Now, they are doing okay, but the one I've had for a while is chasing the other one around. And nipping at his fins. No big bites or anything. Does this sound normal? Here are some pictures.

from what I understand it can be a little rough at first, if you have a sump put them in there together and let them sit there for a while and then put them back in your dt. if not just watch and hope for the best, moving the rockwork can help

Yeah, well now the new one is in a small corner in the back of the tank under all the rock. i can see him swimming under there. And the bigger one is making sure he doesnt come out. The coral looks good at least. We will see what happens threw the night. If he makes it, that'll be awesome.

One is hiding behind the zoa rock, while the bigger one is hosting his anemone and making sure the little one doesnt come in sight. Im going to feed everything brine shrimp today, so Ill put some food down there for him with a turkey baster. The new one was eating pellet food yesterday, but only when the big one couldnt see and take it from him. They chase eachother around the tank, and twitch at eachother.
