I just picked up my new green bubble tip for my maroon clownfish because he wouldn't leave my frogspawn alone. After being in the tank for 5 minutes my clownfish was already gills deep in my GBTA. I never thought he would take to it so quickly. Now my frogspawn can relax;)

Im certainly no expert but are you sure its a bta? those pink dots on the end of the tentacles remind me of a condy?

Its a bubble tip for sure. A condy wouldn't host my clown. Maybe rare occasions people have condys host but this is a bubble tip for sure. Its tips actually get quite large when they bubble up.

There certainly is a pink-tip condy that looks similar to his pics; however, it's tentacles tend to be a bit longer for that size nem, as well as more tapered.

EDIT: Dennis beat me to the punch. lol

First of all, congrats on your clown being host by the BTA.

Now, I have to say that I do too have a BTA with pink/pulplue(ish) tip and here is the proof.

P.S. I wish my clowns will get hosted by one of my 2 BTA's.
