    Thank you for the pic. I've just added two small coral frags and now an LTA. I'm not sure how people get so much "reef" stuff in the tank. It's very expensive. I also have one piece of rock with two mushrooms on it. I'm hoping the spread as well.

    lol very expensive ::) mines white with red/brown tips is it hawaiian? lfs just sold it as a feather duster

    I think the species can be hard to ID just by color. It depends on the layout of the feathers (one row or two), the type of tube, and what size they grow to.

    oh ok...well now i got a problem. it was fine yesterday but i just checked on it and the red/brown is gone, where it was kinda turned clear :confused:

    That's really odd. I've never heard of anything like that happening to the crown. The clear parts used to be opaque, right?

    any idea? its about half the size now but its still alive
