So, in my 90, my Kole just died. I'm very sad, but on the flip side, there is open bioload space. I have 11 fish in there, which sounds like I'm way overstocked, but heres the list. 2 clown gobies, 1 green banded goby, 2 Ocellaris, a Royal Gramma, a sleeper goby, an algae blenny, a six line, a Yellow Tang, and a Coral Beauty. The 3 little gobies don't really even count towards bioload, and as you can see, other than the six line, tang, and CB, all of my fish just sit in a little hole all day and don't use up much bioload or oxygen. I was thinking I was going to add one or two more small gobies like a Rainford and/or a Two Spot and maybe a small school or chromis or anthias. I actually don't know too much about anthias but I liked them and i've heard they school. Anyone want to fill me in?

Antias ARE schooling fish but unless you have a LARGE tank there will be many squables resulting in fatalities. Also you NEED to feed them like every two hours or they really start to decline. Same with chromis, I love chromis but I never can get more than say five to live. I start with 10, and the weakest link keeps getting bullyed until it dies and that continues until only the strongest survive. They also need to be fed at least 3 times aday. Rainfords are nice little gobies, twinspots on the otherhand can be hard to get to eat frozen or commercial foods.

    Good luck and happy picking!

You bet, it would be in your best interest to get a male. Better color!

A trio male/female/female works sometimes as well.

    Good luck!

Oh, and, other than anthias, chromis, and I guess tangs in HUGE tanks, are there any other fish that school.

I was thinking considering replacing it with another tang. Does anyone have experience with powder browns? The guy at my LFS said they were highly aggressive.

I got 2 female ad 1 male disbar anthias and they are super colorful but I have a hard time getting food to them. It seems like I have to feed 6x a day to get 2 feedings.

I think I'm going to go with a school of maybe 4-5 blue green chromis and a rainsford goby. This will definitely put me at the stocking limit. IMO, this isn't overstocking for my tank due to the minimal amount of bioload my fish put off.
