I bought a bi-color angel Sunday and I have a False Lemonpeel angel. According to the chart they are compatible. I use the drip acclimation method then put the fish in. The issue is the lemon peel angel he attacks any fish that I buy. When adding a new fish after acclimating is it a good idea to place him in a small tank or clear container so that the other fish can see it but can't harm it? does any one else have any ideas. Every time I buy a fish one of the original gangster fish have to initiate the new one messing the new fish up. :shout: :disappoin :ears: :bucktooth

I have the same problem with my coral beauty. Everytime I add a new tenant she is quite aggresive for about a week then mellows out.

One theory going around is that if you move your rocks or aquascaping around before you put in your new fish it will confuse the fish living in the tank.( territorial areas would be changed) So they would be less likely to go after a new fish arrival.
