Looks good! I have a frag with one head growing and one that's dead too. I'll be following this if there's a way to revive it!

The dead heads will not grow back. The live heads will split rather quickly. So, I'd probably break off the dead heads to give more room for the living ones to branch out. It also looks a little bleached, but could be the picture. If it is a bit white, as it looks in the image, then make sure it is in a lower lit area of the tank, until it darker up. Then you can slowly move it up more.

It's a little tough to see the structure in the background. You don't want to do it too close to where the branches connect, because you might risk breaking off a live head (unless you want to frag it already :) ) an 1/2 to 1 inch above should be more than safe. So, based on what I can see, I'd say about where the coralline algae stops should be good. Maybe a little higher if the branches come together higher than it looks in the photo. You don't necessarily need to do so immediately either. It will take some time for the coral to settle in and start growing.

Sure thing. They grow fast, so I'm sure it will be taking over your tank in no time ;D

You don't have to cut the dead branches off if you don't want to. I have a dead branch on mine and I used it as kind of a support branch when I placed it. It's not going to hurt anything to leave it on or take it off.
