    I'm not sure I know what "&quot" is. It could be an icon or graphic that is not being displayed correctly on your browser?

    It is probably old quote code in old posts from the previous forum software that the new software doesn't understand. There is a bit of that in old posts. We converted to the new a few months back. It was a heck of a conversion going from flat files into a database. It's a miracle we have the old posts really! ;D
