New Purchases!

I will get pics up later..but I have to wait until my bully settles down a bit!

I went a little wild the last couple days and purchased some items at my LFS's that I am excited about.

Thurs. I purchased a small Dersea clam...

Friday I got a blue linka star, 2 ugly cucs ( I needed to stir up my sand but did not want to nuke my tank..so ugly ones are better), a large ORA Dersa Clam (very pretty..thin lined) and a pair M/F Blue Jaw Triggers.

Plus tomorrow one of the LFS guys is going to California to hand pick stuff, and I asked him to hand pick me some cool clams..teardrop and maxima clams, and then Wed. one of the clubs is having a meeting in a store and they will have big discounts on livestock and are getting new stuff in for that....so who knows what I will get. I am wanting to get a salfin tang, prefer the more expensive red sea one.

I will post pics later but when I put the trigger pair in the tank they hid in the rocks and my blue hippo tang attacked them both...they made the mistake of hidding in her spot. So I have had the lights off since then. I have seen them come out this morning, but they are very antsy as soon as thy saw me they darted behind the rocks again. My lights dont actually come on until 1 so maybe they will come out more after that

 

Cool, I love Blue Jaw Triggers! We have a pair in the store that nuzzle my hand when I clean the glass. It makes me look forward to algae patrol. If someone sells them before my big tank is set up, there will be blood shed.
