    Look at the diagram at the beginning of this thread. Not the bucket it's not mine. It's just something that is currently in use and has virtually NO bubbles, but is similar in design to what I am talking about (again see the diagram at the beginning of this thread). And the concept is the same: Create a chamber where the kinetic energy is transferred briefly into potential energy allowing the air bubbles to escape. Mine isn't sealed at the top because the top is ABOVE the level where the siphon starts. The outlet will be slightly above the waterline of the tank when the surge fires. The back pressure is of no consequense as any openings will be Far above the Post surge waterline. It's seeking it's own level is adequately accounted for by roughly 4 feet of height...
