OK, so I'm currently running a 4bulb T5 on my aquarium and here is the combo.
    from from to back
    ATI Blue+
    fiji purp
    ATI Aquablue special
    ATI Blue+
I'm not really liking the overall color Im getting. I'm thinking about getting either a UVL super actinic or a UVL 75.25 to replace the fiji purp.. Any thoughts would be great.
The tank is mixed with SPS and LPS.

If you put the actinic in you will lose color support for your pinks, reds and purples. The 75.25 is similar in color to the fiji purple but with less PAR. The UVL actinic white work similar to the fiji purple but is more pink than purple.

What exactly are you looking for in your tank color.

I really don't have too many pinks or reds.. The tank just seems to white/pink.. Not blue enough.. Things just are not "popping".

I've encountered this same problem. I was only running 1 daylight bulb with the rest blue or actinic and it "washed" out most of my colors. I added more daylight bulbs and it helped. I would get rid of the fiji purple and add an ATI AquaBlue or the Geissman 11k. I think that should help.

I think you might have a hard time being happy with only four bulbs to mix.

Might be time to go to a 6 or more bulb set up.

I've said it many times, so I'll say it again. I LOVE this combo in my 6x54 NEP: 2 ATI Blue Plus, 2 ATI Aquablues, 1 KZ Fiji Purple, 1 UVL Super Actinic. This "pops" every color I have.

Plus, my clams and nems are growing so the PAR is there.

There's something special about the 1 ATI Blue+/1 UVL Super Actinic combo as the actinics before, during and after the daylight period.

So then maybe I should just switch out the fiji with the super actinic.

leaving me with: 2 ATI Blue +'s
    1 ATI AquaBlue
1 UVL SA. Just hope thats enough light.. Looks like I will have a UVL 75.25 left over..

Does this combo give your tank a blue look?
