Things happen in this hobby, and the less water you have, the less room for error. Does this make sense?? Anemones as a whole, are difficult to keep even for the more experienced aquarist. Just so you know. Now with that being said, I would do a 50 percent water change to get the minerals back into the tank that are needed and wait. I would also get the clowns out of there and back to the lfs before something bad goes down. Are you testing your water for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate???? These are all things you need to look at now before considering anymore additions to your tank.

I agree with both these guys, but if you want shorten your cycle period you can buy some live rock from a well established tank, and remember I said shorten NOT skip!
