New tank!

i finally talked my parents into letting me get a bigger salt tank. this will be the third tank in my room so i can see why they would be a little hesitant. my friend is selling an 80 gallon tank and i plan on picking it up as soon as i have the spare bank. im a little low on funds because i just bought my girlfriend a biocube for her birthday. ;D ill keep posted on the progress.

 

Nice bro! what tank do you have now? Also what are the measurments of the 80, sounds like a sweet tank!

Haha, and I thought getting my 350 litre tank in my room was stretching it. 3 tanks, definitely admirable!

the 80 is 60 long 14 deep and 23 high. its kinda a weird size but it will fit perfect in my room. i have my 55 fresh with my angels (i have a thread posted of it) my 20 salt which will be moved into my 80 but i will most likely still keep it around. haha it is strange that i still have room because i also have my drums, guitars and queen sized bed in the room. but i am crazy excited. i am thinking a purple tang in this tank, so it should be sick.

Cool man weird size but nice! Allows for the extra swimming room for tangs with it being 5 feet!

 

BTW you think having three tanks in your bedroom is bad? Take a look at my signature, I turned my mom's guest room into a 9 tank SW fish room w/ barely any space to walk around lol. My mom is still furious lol. She began to calm down when I started bringing home colorful coral. Now she wants me to set up a monster 300gal in the living room;D
