New to Tapatalk :D

Hey guys. I got a new checking account a few months ago and finally decided to try out the tapatalk app. This is pretty cool! The UI is really simple and everything loads quickly.

 

What are the benefits?

 

Aside from having all your favorite forums in the palm of your hand? You can talk tanks anywhere!!

 

I believe its easy to post pics on tapatalk as well.. I also find it easier to search the forum as a whole rather than by section.. Just my 2 pennies

 

it's just a lot easier to navigate and read than using a browser on a phone. no more zooming in and out to read the text, or click the wrong links with fat thumbs lol. well worth it IMO

 

Ahh okay that makes sense.

I know on the iPhone I have the ability to view the whole site in its entirety ... but I the zooming all the time to click the smaller buttons can get irritating. Especially if you are trying to click on a page number or something from a specific thread.

 

You can search the whole site with the google custom search in the header of 3reef.



FYI, custom mobile apps for 3reef (non-tapatalk) are a priority around here. Test runs this summer.

 

After doing a search I see where there had been an issue that I was unaware of. With that said, is there a list of comparable mobile apps thats recommended? And for the search, I thought it looked to google for inquiry and didn't know it was 3reef specific. I guess we live and learn but that for sure is nice to know. It's probably listed somewhere but most of my reading lately has been how to run my aquarium and have not read other, probably helpful, material. I didn't realize when getting into this how demanding it would be to run a reef tank.

I LOVE my tapatalk. Any forum that matters is on tapatalk. That's actually how I first came to find 3reef about a year ago. Looking under Aquarium & Animals section 3reef is one of the top listings.
