    So..here is a video of how we spend our holidays in central Illinois.



    This stuff is called Tannerite. It is a 100% legal explosive that (scarily) anyone can buy. It is a binary explosive that is completely stable until the two components are mixed. After they are mixed it is also very stable. The ONLY way to set it off is shooting it with a high powered rifle. You can hold a torch to it, electrify it, smack it with a hammer, shoot it with a rimfire rifle and it won't go off. It is used typically for long-range shots so there is no question if you hit the target or not.
