    hi, guys,

for those of you who have read my other threads, I've had a pretty bad time with nitrates. But after a MASSIVE algae outbreak I've gotten it down to between 10 and twenty...I hate those API Kits. Thanks so much for all your guys's help!

I do have one question though- my water is 8.8 ph, and to my understanding the only way to bring that down is with more fish (acidity) or regulator? I sort of want to go the fish route.

    thanks!

IMO, you've been through alot with that tank, i might let things settle out for a bit and make sure everythings running right before changing stuff up! BRS has a cheap ph down kit!

Glad ya got all those issues solved though! good work!;)

Yes i have seachem regulator, and also I'll put some prime in too because the regulator makes ammonia more toxic.
